Go to “Become a Service Provider” or “Become an Instructor” and follow the steps. You will verify your email with a 4‑digit code, then complete your profile and you’ll be taken to your dashboard.

Services are time-based appointments (e.g. haircut, plumbing). Courses are lesson-based offerings (e.g. tutoring, music lessons). You can manage both from your provider dashboard depending on your account type.

After logging in, go to Provider Dashboard, then Settings. From there you can configure business details, availability, and payments.

Go to Provider Dashboard → Listings → Create. Choose “Service”, then add title, description, price, duration, and location. Save to publish it.

Go to Provider Dashboard → Listings → Create. Choose “Course”, then add title, description, price, lesson count, and delivery mode (online/offline) if available.

Make sure the listing is active and your provider profile is set up correctly. If it is still not visible, contact support and include the listing name and your account email.

Go to Provider Dashboard → Time Slots. Add your weekly working hours (start/end), and save. Customers will only see bookable times within your active slots.

Confirm the time slots are active, the correct day of week is selected, and your listing is active. If your availability is listing-specific, ensure the slot is assigned to the correct listing.

If Multiple Bookings is enabled for your setup, more than one customer can book the same slot. If you need help enabling it, contact support.

Check that the listing is active, you have active time slots for that day, and the selected slot is not already fully booked. If payments are required, also verify Stripe is connected.

Go to Provider Dashboard → Bookings. From there you can view booking details and manage statuses depending on your workflow.

A booking can be pending if it’s awaiting payment, awaiting approval, or awaiting confirmation depending on your settings. Open the booking to see the status and next step.

Go to Provider Dashboard → Settings → Payments (or Stripe). Follow the steps to connect your Stripe account. Once connected, customers can pay by card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where supported.

Common causes are: Stripe keys not configured, the slot does not require payment, or the listing price is 0. If you still can’t fix it, contact support with the listing name and a screenshot.

If your provider settings support deposits, you can configure payment timing and deposit rules in your Payments settings after connecting Stripe.

If enabled, visitors can send you messages without creating an account. If you are busy, the system can automatically request contact details so you can follow up later.

Real-time chat depends on WebSocket configuration. If messages only appear after refresh, the WebSocket server or environment variables may be missing. Contact support and mention “realtime chat”.

Try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R), then test in an incognito window. If it’s still broken, contact support and include the page URL and a screenshot.
